Warranty & Returns


Presscision Inc. warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used normally in accordance with Presscision user guides and manuals. Presscision warrants the product for one (1) year after the original date of sale.

Returns Policy

We want you to love our products! We’re confident that you will come to rely on it as an integral part of your best business practices. However, If you aren’t 100% satisfied within the first 60 days of the purchase date, return it for a full refund, no questions asked. Well, that’s not exactly true, we do want to ask what you didn’t like about the product so we do a better job in the future. We want all our customers to be happy!

The fine print on returns:

  1.   If you decide to return the product, contact us via email (info@presscision.com) to arrange for a return.  Please include your name, full address and original order number in your email. We will arrange to send you a prepaid label for product return (we even cover the return cost!).

  2.   Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company or the original method of payment, it may take up to 7-10 business days after your credit is applied for it appear on your credit card account statement.

  3.   We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases where there is damage to a product due to obvious misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.

Damaged Items

Unfortunately, items are occasionally damaged during product shipping. If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please contact us immediately (info@presscision.com). We will advise you on the next steps.
